Tip on how I track my daily fats, carbs, protein and other nutrients

This is an example of my easy way of seeing and comparing the content of nutrients in my food by putting the values into the same measure unit. For example I translate the food nutrients into milligrams (mg). These types of values are commonly on food labels. This helps me to stay on track and under 2000 calorie.
